This patient did not like the fullness in her neck and under her chin. Because the fat causing the problem was mostly in the subcutaneous plane, she was a candidate for Kybella, which is an injection that dissolves fat. This treatment is minimally invasive, consisting of a series of injections. This patient had three rounds of injections to achieve this result.
