This handsome man was seeing the signs of his age which were just not matching up with how he was feeling on the inside. After his wife had a facelift with Dr. Collins, he decided that he was going to give it a try. He had a bit of sun damage in his skin. There was an excellent correction of a great deal of the lines and sagging skin, but this will continue to improve with laser resurfacing and treatments that help to reverse the sun damage and prevent further elastic tissue breakdown. 

These photos were taken just ten days after his lower facelift and neck lift though he still has some residual swelling and a bit of a bruise, it is a good indication of how people recover from this surgery. Light activities and being out in public are generally well tolerated at the 10 day to two week mark. 

His results will continue to improve as the swelling subsides and the deep collagen reorganizes. 

We have updated his progress here as he continues to heal and improve. The second set of images shows his results three months out from lower face and neck lift. There is some relaxation of soft tissues as swelling subsides. At three months, most people are picture ready. 

This is a really excellent procedure for both men and women and in Dr. Collins' hands, patients can expect a very natural and subtle result with profound impact.
