Dr. Collins has been given the honor of being invited to speak at the American Society of Plastic Surgery meeting about facelift surgery and non-surgical facial rejuvenation. Dr. Collins is recognized by her colleagues in plastic surgery as someone from whom they can learn and get advice. It is a huge honor, and she is so grateful for this opportunity.

Early intervention in facelift surgery has many benefits. One major benefit is that it creates subtle changes and improvements with a big impact. Sagging skin from the upper cheek to the lower neck is addressed in a lower face and neck lift. When tissue sagging is an issue, the best treatment for it is to physically lift the tissue and remove the excess. This is best achieved surgically. I am seeing more and more people in their mid to late 40s who want to maintain a youthful appearance without changing their looks. These cases are some on my favorites as the recovery is relatively quick and the satisfaction very high.
