Eyelid Surgery Before & After Case 49

This patient is an example of “a little goes a long way”.

She didn’t like that people asked her if she was tired all the time so she came to Dr. Collins for a little help and advice.

Dr. Collins noticed that she had a bit of extra skin in her upper eyelid and that there was some flattening in her cheeks that left her looking as if she had dark circles under her eyes.

Together they decided to do an upper lid blepharoplasty and to restore some of the volume to her cheeks using hyaluronic acid fillers (Voluma and Juvederm). Dr. Collins did the blepharoplasty in her office under local anesthesia. Following the surgery, she put just enough filler into her cheek area that had lost its youthful volume and after just one hour of treatments, her natural youthful beauty is restored.
