Periorbital rejuvenation. The eyes say so much about how a person feels, but they can be deceiving. They can tell people that you are sad when you are not, or tired when you feel just fine. 

This beautiful patient had a brow lift with upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. Dr. Collins resolved the sagging skin over the lateral corners of her eyes and lifted the lateral (or temporal) brow to open up the eye to a more youthful, happy and awake position. Her lower lids were also done with a fat redrawing technique. The fat that was bulging in her lower lids was repositioned into her upper cheeks to smooth out the transition between her lower lid and cheek. A tarsal strip canthoplasty was then performed to reposition and secure her lower lid. 

The result is a beautiful and natural rejuvenation of her eyes.
